The Pattern has been busy lately, weaving in all kinds of new content for Wheel of Time fans. In case you missed any of it, here’s a round-up of the latest.
NYCC Poster
A second official poster was released on October 7, 2021, as a lead up to New York Comic Con.
The Dark One is touching the pattern, but heroes will rise to meet him. Tune in to the @NY_Comic_Con panel tomorrow at 11:45am PT for an exclusive look at #TheWheelofTime. pic.twitter.com/EYeAbUC8Z4

Winespring Inn Clip
During the NYCC panel on October 8, 2021, Rafe Judkins revealed a short clip from the first episode. Here we see the Emond’s Field villagers enjoying a cozy evening inside the inn, only to be interrupted by Lan and Moiraine’s abrupt entrance.
A Puzzling…Poster
On #WoTWednesday, October 13, 2021, @TheWheelOfTime messaged 150 virtual puzzle pieces to social media fans all around the world, and launched the #PuzzleOfTime hashtag. True to form, the WoT fandom immediately went into a frenzy to collect all the pieces. Our good friend @SyconBen streamed his progress on the Wotseries Discord. Six hours, a Photoshop crash, and a very tired set of eyes later, he was the first to complete the puzzle.

The show account then rewarded the fans with this beautiful animated poster, featuring Moiraine holding a Trolloc corpse as Emond’s Field burns in the background.
Glory to the Builders! The community came together in more ways than one and the #PuzzleOfTime image has been revealed as our new poster. Mark your calendars, #TheWheelofTime premieres on @PrimeVideo on November 19! pic.twitter.com/taX2LNMjKm

Trollocs and Fades and Logain, Oh My!
On October 14 and 15, 2021, the show dropped two teasers. The first featured Shadowspawn, giving us our best look at Trollocs yet. An ominous voiceover warns the audience of what will happen if the Dark One is not defeated. It certainly seems that the show’s version of Shadowspawn will be sufficiently nightmare-inducing.

The second teaser featured the self-proclaimed Dragon Reborn himself, Logain Ablar. We get our first look at several actors we reported on previously: Miguel Álvarez reportedly plays the King of Ghealdan, and the two spear-throwing soldiers with him appear to be Zeke Fernández and Brandy Rodriguez. Perhaps most interestingly, we briefly see both Logain and Mat in what appears to be the Tar Valon set, further indicating that many of the iconic Caemlyn scenes from the first book may occur in Tar Valon in the show.

With daily content drops for the past three days, we suspect this may be building to a new trailer very soon. Next Tuesday is October 19, exactly one month until the show’s release. Could that be when we see the next trailer? Do you think we’ll get more of these short character teasers, and if so, who else would you like to see featured? Let us know!
I'm a longtime SFF fan but Wheel of Time will always be my first love. I want to call myself Green Ajah, but--let's be real--I'm probably a Brown. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, writing, and getting lost in the wilderness.
How can you even have the scene with Rand witnessing Logain being transported through Caemlyn in a cage without Elayne, Gawyn, Morgase and Elaida showing up? Are they skipping Caemlyn in the first season? I Haven’t heard anything about who will be playing Elayne and the royal family.
