Here are the lyrics to the song Thom Merillin (Alexandre Willaume) performed in Breen’s Spring in episode 3 of season 1, A Place of Safety:
The colors of his morning
The darkness of his night
Little graves that gave no warning
A sun that brought no light
He saw his whole world breaking
That tortured soul I met
In a prison of his making
The man who can’t forget
I can still hear the way that he cried
For the ones he was missing
I can still hear the way that he cried
For the ones he had lost
He saw them in the rivers
He felt them in the rain
In dreams he heard them whisper
The truth that is his pain
He caused the whole world’s breaking
The tortured soul I met
In a prison of his making
The man who can’t forget
The song was composed by Emmy awarding-winning composers Tommy Reilly and Roddy Hart, whom we previously reported wrote a “cool old-school song” for the show. They call the song “Thom’s Song” in social media posts. This song is likely about Lews Therin or the Dragon Reborn.
I am a long time fantasy fan. Also a technology generalist with a knack for research. That likely makes me a Brown, but I'm more torn between the Yellows and the Blues.
Are there tabs available for the song?
No tabs, just a wicked gravely voice.

Light burn me, I tried to space that out the chords, oh well, copy and paste it out and space it yourself if you have a mind, this bloody website won’t let me edit the light forsaken post…. The Wheel Weaves I suppose
I know it’s supposed to be about LTT from before the breaking, but I couldn’t help interpret the song as foreshadowing how Rand tortures himself later on by forcing himself to recite the names and faces of those who have died in his name. I cried
I think it’s both! Very touching.

He sounds like Harry Chapin
So am I glitching, or does anyone else feel like this is an old school metal song, like sabbath or Dio. I’ve heard the song before, or close. I knew the lyrics before he sang them
