Season 2 Trailer

“The Wheel weaves as the Wheel wills…” and this Wednesday, exactly two years after The Wheel of Time season two began filming, fans will finally be able to see the first trailer for the second season. Ahead of the trailer release, new stills of Madeleine Madden as Egwene, Ceara Coveney as Elayne, Daniel Henney as Lan Mandragoran, and Marcus Rutherford as Perrin were revealed by Nerdist.

Hunt for the Horn

On social media, several fans have been receiving images of what looks to be the chest containing the Horn of Valere. As the images are pieced together, the chest can be seen opening to reveal the Horn.

There was a similar interactive challenge for season one involving puzzle pieces. Upon completion of the puzzle, a new poster was revealed on the official accounts. As of the time of this article, the Horn of Valere sequence has not been completed, so time will tell if completion by fans will result in a new official reveal.

Leonardo Taiwo

Finally, Actor Leonardo Taiwo will be appearing in season two of The Wheel of Time, according to his agency. Taiwo is a British actor and model who has previously appeared titles such as Andor, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, and Liaison. His role in The Wheel of Time is unknown.

Season Two will release on September 1, 2023. The season will contain 8 episodes written by Rafe Judkins, Amanda Kate Shuman, Justine Juel Gillmer, Dave Hill, Katherine B McKenna, Rammy Park, John McCutcheon, Rohit Kumar, and Timothy Earle. Currently, it has not been announced how many episodes will air on September 1.
