The Longing may be over soon! At the upcoming CCXP in São Paolo Brazil, showrunner Rafe Judkins will join The Wheel of Time lead actors Madeleine Madden and Josha Stradowski at Prime Video’s Thunder Stage panel, with a special interview session to follow on the Omelete Stage. Both events will take place on December 7th.
What you Want to Watch is on Amazon Prime
The first is the “What you Want to Watch is on Amazon Prime” panel on Saturday, December 7 2024 at 7:30 PM local time (5:30 PM US Eastern, 22:30 GMT/UTC).
This panel is on the Thunder Stage. Aline Diniz, from Entre Migas, and Ikaro Kadoshi, a well-known TV presenter and drag queen, will present Prime Video’s biggest hits including Wheel of Time, Invincible, Reacher and others.
According to the schedule of Prime Video show interviews on the Omelete Stage, we believe the Prime Video panel will feature these shows in the following order:
- Tremembe
- Culpa Tuya (Your Fault)
- Wheel of Time
- Secret Level
- Invincible
- Reacher
The Wheel of Time, Invincible and Reacher are expected to get 15 minutes each while the other three shows are slotted for 10 minutes apiece. The Thunder Stage has a capacity for an audience of 3,000 people, and we anticipate that this will not be live streamed. We will be closely watching for updates from fans in attendance.
Wheel of Time – Prime Video
An interview session with the Wheel of Time will start immediately after the show’s portion during the Prime Video panel. The interview is scheduled for Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 8:15 PM local São Paolo time (6:15 PM US Eastern, 23:15 GMT/UTC).
This panel will be hosted on the Omelete Stage and is moderated by Bruna Nobrega. We know that Madeleine Madden, Rafe Judkins, Josha Stradowski will be speaking. This stage is a more “in-the-round” style (looking non-coincidentally like an egg yolk) and we are hoping for this panel to be live-streamed. We will be watching the CCXP and Omelete YouTube channels closely for the streams.
CCXP 2022
The Omelete Stage streamed live in 2022, where Dónal Finn, Ceara Coveney, and Kate Fleetwood appeared as panelists. You can watch the full live stream from 2022 or just the interview on YouTube. Fans at the event got to see two scenes from season 2, one with Mat and Liandrin and another between Elayne and Egwene. There was also a White Tower set piece.
Previous CCXP 2024 News
On November 6, 2024 CCXP announced that Madeleine Madden, Rafe Judkins, and Josha Stradowski would be attending.
The Omelete also posted a short article about the panel on their site, sharing (translated roughly into English) “Amazon Prime Video will be participating in CCXP for its seventh time with one of the most epic days/journeys in history” and confirming the shows and panelists.
What Might Be and What Will Be
We are hoping for a release date or official casting announcement for season 3, but our fingers are crossed for a teaser, trailer, or behind-the-scenes content.
While you wait for us to post news from CCXP24, feel free to share any puns about eggs, omelets, or beans in the comments.

I love books of all kinds and especially Wheel of Time (I even have a tattoo!) I also love video games and building community online. Blue/Brown ajah (don’t make me choose) and Spoiler Gaidin for the show-only crowd. Find me @feelinmyshelf.bsky.social
I’m scrambling for a pun but can’t think of anything. It’s like my brain’s been hard boiled. But I’m Egg-cited for the panels!
